🔄 Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable

Note: If you received free shipping and return an item that results in the order no longer qualifying for it, we may deduct a standard shipping fee from your refund.


📦 Exchanges

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used products (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
